Embodied Presence

Presence • Movement • Embodiment

Exploring presence through movement, breath, embodiment and relational awareness.

Embodied Presence is a movement- and presence-based training for actors, performers, creatives and anyone interested in deepening perception, embodiment and authentic expression.

At the core of the practice lies not performance or perfection, but the ability to arrive in the body and respond authentically to the present moment.

Rooted in movement, breath and nervous system awareness, the practice explores how presence emerges through attention, relational awareness and the body in motion.

Drawing from yoga, embodiment practices, breathwork, intuitive movement and presence training, the sessions create a space for regulation, embodied awareness and creative expression.

Together we explore:

  •  breath & presence
  •  body awareness
  •  tension & release
  •  nervous system regulation
  •  spatial awareness & expression
  •  intuitive movement
  •  perception & response
  •  presence in relation to others y

The training is understood as an evolving practice between movement, presence and creative exploration.

No previous experience is required.
